In this context, our company implements and offers a whole range of services, such as Customer Care Call Center and Customer Care Centers, automated payment methods, Motorist Service Stations, temporary parking areas etc.
We equally strive to constantly improve our services and are in constant contact with all users. To this end, we adapt and evaluate our procedures, collecting and analyzing every comment or suggestion. We also collect critical information regarding the satisfaction of our users through annual surveys.
According to the results of the 2014 survey, over 90% of the drivers surveyed gave a favorable opinion (very satisfied & quite satisfied) on our staff and the various services provided.
