Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2021- 2 Gold Awards

In the framework of the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, Kentriki Odos won:

-The Gold Award in the ‘Electronic Report Issuance’ category for the creation of the CSR Scorecard, the microsite that collects and presents in an interactive way — on an annual basis — all of the company’s main Sustainable Development indicators, in order for everyone to be informed at a glance on the actions being implemented and participate in the annual online survey, which also operates as an open channel of communication with all stakeholders.

Mobility Awards – 1 Gold & 3 Silver Awards

At the Mobility Awards 2021, an institution that promotes mobility and transports, and which has the academic support of the Traffic Engineering Laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens and the scientific support of the Association of Greek Transport Engineers, we won a total of 4 awards:

-The Silver Award in the same category (Motorways Customer Service) for MyOdos, the 1st all-in-one motorway mobile application in Greece

  •  The Gold Award in the Motorway Safety category for the ‘Cycling Safely’ programme, which is being implemented in partnership with the ‘Panos Mylonas’ Road Safety Institute (I.O.AS.) which is addressed to primary school pupils
  • The Silver Award in the Motorways Fleet Management category for adopting new technologies, such as the Power Fleet software, which contributes to the better management of the fleet, incidents, and the utilisation of data so that improvement measures may be taken
  • The Silver Award in the Motorways Environmental Management category, for its actions to promote and develop recycling on motorways

Mobile Excellence Awards – Bronze Award

Kentriki Odos — jointly with its partner, ATCOM — won the Bronze Award in the ‘Improve Customer Service and Retention’ award for its MyOdos application, through which every driver can enjoy a wealth of useful services, with the world’s best navigator on their telephone.

 

National Customer Service Awards 2021
– Customer Distinction Award

At the National Customer Service Awards 2021, a leading event that was organised for the 12th consecutive year by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (H.I.C.S.), which aims at providing quality customer service by promoting best practices, Kentriki Odos received the Customer Distinction Award in the Customer Call Centre of the Year category, for its high levels of service and the special tailored support it provides to all drivers on the motorways it is responsible for. Fully dedicated to achieving the company’s strategic goal for the creation of quality services, our people at our Customer Call Centre are available to every driver, 365 days a year, for any information or query on all of our services.

 

Award from the Hellenic Paralympic Committee

On the International Day of Disabled Persons, the Hellenic Paralympic Committee awarded an honorary distinction to Kentriki Odos for the tangible support it has provided over the past five years to the disabled athletes who participated in last year’s Games in Tokyo, Japan.
