Hellenic Responsible Business Awards – Bronze Award

Kentriki Odos received the Bronze Award in the ‘Local/Regional Range Long-term Investment’ category, which it is implementing in partnership with the ‘Panos Mylonas’ Road Safety Institute (I.O.AS.)

‘Cycling Safely’ contributes to the shaping of the road culture and behaviour of the drivers of the future, and aims at imbuing children with a responsible driving behaviour, that will be at their side during their future adult journeys.
It has the approval of the Ministry of Education and the Institute of Educational Policy, while it is being implemented in partnership with the competent Directorates of Primary Education.
Fully compatible with the priority strategy of Kentriki Odos for the promotion of road safety, ‘Cycling Safely’ travelled to more than 10 primary schools in 3 prefectures (Boeotia, Karditsa, and Trikala) and has trained almost 600 students on basic road safety principles and the safe use of their first mode of transportation, their bicycle.
