The IMS sets objective and quantifiable goals that are achieved through the implementation of specific processes during the execution and operation of the project.
Ensuring the faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the system is the responsibility of all involved parties, and is implemented throughout the activities and operations of the company.
The obligation to observe the IMS at all stages of the project is mentioned explicitly and clearly in the Concession Agreement and the relevant documents thereof, while it is contractually carried over to the Independent Engineer, the Manufacturer, and any Subcontractor involved in the project.
