Η Hotjar είναι μία υπηρεσία ανάλυσης που παρέχεται από την Hotjar Ltd. Τα heat maps της Hotjar χρησιμοποιούνται προκειμένου να υποδεικνύουν τις περιοχές μιας ιστοσελίδας στις οποίες οι Χρήστες συχνότερα μετακινούν το ποντίκι τους ή κάνουν κλικ. Κατά την ανάλυση δεν γίνεται ταυτοποίηση του χρήστη. Αυτό μας επιτρέπει να καταλάβουμε καλύτερα συγκεκριμένα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Επιπρόσθετα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσουμε και τις υπηρεσίες διαδικτυακών ερευνών της Hotjar, μέσω των οποίων συλλέγουμε ανώνυμες απαντήσεις. Αυτές οι δύο υπηρεσίες αξιοποιούν τα αντίστοιχα στατιστικά cookies.
