Kentriki Odos’s e-toll service goes by the name of Kentriki Pass. Using the e-transponder provided to you FREE OF CHARGE, every user may go through the special electronic toll gates at Kentriki Odos toll stations and continue on his or her journey without delay, quickly and easily! Special Automatic Toll Payment Machines operate at all lateral stations of Kentriki Odos. This is a new payment method, first implemented by Kentriki Odos in our country.

Users follow a very simple and quick procedure. By choosing the lane with the relevant signage and depositing the toll fee in a special basket, the signal light turns green and the boom gate opens!

How do I subscribe to the Kentriki Pass service?

You can easily register for the service and acquire your own e-transponder FREE OF CHARGE in the following ways:

  • By visiting Kentriki Odos’ Customer Care Center * at Agia Triada or Trikala Toll Station.
  • By calling the Customer Care Call Center on * 801 700 7000. We will then send you the e-transponder for FREE to your home or office by courier**
  • By sending e-mail to customercare@kentrikiodos.gr stating your first name, last name and telephone number and will contact you as soon as possible.

** The service concerns only individuals and self-employed.

ATTENTION!!!
The e-transponder you will receive by courier will be activated but your account will have zero funds. So before you make your first pass, you should ensure that your account is topped up in time with the amount of your choice.

All categories of four-wheeled vehicles can use the Kentriki Pass service.

What documents are needed to register to the Kentriki Pass service?

Individuals

  • ID Card or Passport or Driving License of the person signing the application form.
  • A document certifying the Tax Reg. No. and address of the person signing the application form or a solemn statement stating all the above.
  • License plate of the vehicle or vehicles.

In the case of private individual subscription carried out by a third person, an authorization document is required. The authenticity of the signature on that document must also be confirmed.

Companies

  • ID Card or Passport or Driving License of the person signing the application form.
  • Copy of all licences of vehicles that have electronic transponders
  • Official Government Gazette where stating the legal representative of the company.
  • Company’s stamp

If registration is done by a third party, authorization from the legal representative of the company for that person is required. This should be on company’s headed paper and include the company seal, and be signed by the legal representative. The authenticity of the signature on that document must also be confirmed. The authorization must state the Tax Reg., No., the Tax Office and the address of the company as well as the number of transponders to be activated.

In the case of public entities, this authorization must be signed by the Director of the relevant Department. The authenticity of the signature on that document must also be confirmed.

Professionals

  • ID Card or Passport or Driving License of the person signing the application form.
  • Business commencement certificate for a natural person or trader or any other document to prove their professional status.

If the application is submitted by a third party, an authorization from the professional must be provided. The authenticity of the signature on that document must be confirmed.

If you choose to receive the e-transponder at the place you wish, you should send to the company by courier a photocopy of all required documents.

How much does an e-transponder and my registration as a subscriber cost?

The e-transporter is provided to you by Kentriki Odos for FREE! If you subscribe to the Kentriki Pass service at Customer Care Center at Agia Triada and Trikala Toll Stations, you should tell the employee the amount you want to load in to the transporter. You can use cash or a credit/debit card at Customer Care Center. If you receive your e-transporter by courier, the balance in your account will be zero. So, before you make your first pass, you should ensure that your account is topped up in time with the amount of your choice. Otherwise you can top up  i) electronically at www.kentrikipass.gr through the e-top up option, using credit/ debit card. ii) At all lanes of Kentriki Odos toll stations with a toll collector, using cash or credit/debit card iii) At the Customer Care Center using cash or credit/ debit card, iv) Online via Web Banking Services of your bank, entering the e-payment code mentioned in your monthly invoice.

Where and how do I add money to my account?

You may top up your account in the following ways:

  • At all lanes with a toll collector, in every Kentriki Odos toll station, using cash or credit/debit card 24/7.
  • At the Customer Care Center, using cash or credit / debit card.
  • Online via credit / debit card, through services provided by gr, upon subscription.
  • Online via Web Banking Services of your bank, entering the e-payment code mentioned in your monthly invoice.
In which section of the motorway can I use the e-transponder of the Kentriki Pass service?

The Kentriki Pass e-transponder can be used at all toll stations operated by Kentriki Odos (A.Th.E. from Skarfia- Fthiotida to Raches- Fthiotida area and E-65 Motorway from Xiniada to Trikala) and by Nea Odos (Α.ΤΗ.Ε. section from Metamorfosi to Skarfia- Fthiotida area  & Ionia Odos, from Antirrio to Ioannina), as the two companies collaborate.
